Quail meat, brie, zucchini and cream pie

Ingredients for 4 people
- 1 roll of puff pastry
- 1 zucchini
- 4 quail breasts @quajaveneta
- 1 egg
- 200 ml of cream
- 80 g of brie
- Oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Proceedings
- First courses cut the zucchini into rounds and cook them in a pan with oil and salt, about 20 minutes.
- In another pan, cook the 4 quail breasts for about 30 minutes, adding oil, salt and a glass of water. Cover to cook first.
- Meanwhile, cut the brie into cubes and place the enlarged puff pastry in a high-sided baking dish.
- When the quail are cooked, let them cool and fluff them. At this point you will have obtained chunks of meat that you are going to mix in a bowl along with the zucchini, cheese, cream and egg.
- Then pour the mixture over the pastry and seal the edges inward. Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
