Quail meat, brie, zucchini and cream pie

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 1 roll of puff pastry
  • 1 zucchini
  • 4 quail breasts @quajaveneta
  • 1 egg
  • 200 ml of cream
  • 80 g of brie
  • Oil, salt and pepper to taste.

Proceedings

  1. First courses cut the zucchini into rounds and cook them in a pan with oil and salt, about 20 minutes.
  2. In another pan, cook the 4 quail breasts for about 30 minutes, adding oil, salt and a glass of water. Cover to cook first.
  3. Meanwhile, cut the brie into cubes and place the enlarged puff pastry in a high-sided baking dish.
  4. When the quail are cooked, let them cool and fluff them. At this point you will have obtained chunks of meat that you are going to mix in a bowl along with the zucchini, cheese, cream and egg.
  5. Then pour the mixture over the pastry and seal the edges inward. Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
