Gourmet sandwich with pan-seared quail breasts, salad, cherry tomatoes and tropea onion

Ingredients

  • 2 sandwiches or a small loaf of bread
  • 1 package of quail breasts @quajaveneta
  • Mayonnaise
  • Lettuce gentilina
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Tropea red onion
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Halls

Proceedings

  1. Remove the center bone from quail breasts. Cook them in a pan with a little oil on the skin side for about 5 to 7 minutes. Turn them over, complete cooking, and set aside.
  2. Cut the bread in half and spread a layer of mayonnaise on both sides.
  3. Compose the sandwich with the gentilina lettuce, sliced cherry tomatoes and chopped tropea red onion. Finish with quail breasts cut in half.
