Crumble with chocolate and salted caramel

Ingredients for 2 cupcakes 22 cm in diameter

  • 210 g of 00 flour
  • 125 g of butter
  • 110 g of sugar
  • 6 whole quail eggs @quajaveneta
  • Lemon zest
  • A pinch of baking powder
  • A handful of cereals
  • A handful of dark chocolate chips
  • A handful of salted caramel drops
  • Icing sugar

Proceedings

  1. Mash the butter and mix it with the sugar and eggs.
  2. Combine the flour, a pinch of baking powder, and lemon.
  3. Add the crumbled cereal and various drops.
  4. Mix everything together and place the dough on a buttered mold.
  5. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Once the cake has cooled, decorate it with powdered sugar.
